Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 39000 platform. By registering for or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 39000 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 39000, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. 39000 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is for personal use only and may not be used for any unauthorised commercial purpose. Users must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a jurisdiction where use of such services is permitted.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full suite of 39000 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without compensation.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact 39000 customer support immediately. The Platform is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your own account information.
Accurate User Information
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform — including your full name, phone number, email address, and payment details — must be accurate and belong to you. Providing false information or impersonating another person is a serious violation of these Terms.

Platform Usage Rules
39000 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to access or use the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to bypass, damage, or interfere with the platform's security systems, encryption, or technical infrastructure.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, odds manipulation, collusion between players, or any activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and/or legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 39000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers.
Deposit
Deposits are credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the system. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with established account verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal, to ensure the security of your account. Withdrawals are only permitted to registered and verified payment methods.
Transaction Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure all transaction details are correct before confirming. 39000 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect details entered by the user. If you notice any discrepancy in your transaction records, contact support immediately with the relevant proof of transaction.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
39000 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure. The Platform is not liable for any data loss, indirect financial losses, or damages arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues on the user's end, or events beyond the platform's control (including force majeure).
Under no circumstances shall 39000's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
39000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Confirmed fraud or suspicious activity
- Providing false information during registration
- User found to be under 18 years of age
- Requests by relevant legal authorities
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, domain names, software, and technology used on the 39000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform owner or the respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any intellectual property of the platform without explicit written authorisation.
The use of the platform's brand name, logos, or any platform materials for commercial purposes, advertising, or unauthorised representation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services. 39000 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

39000 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 39000 platform shall be resolved through a process mutually agreed upon by both parties, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
